*Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
✦ WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?✦
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Portland OR, USA.
✦ WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?✦
We ship to the USA & CANADA only at the moment.
✦WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?✦
Please be patient with our Shipping timeframes.
Regular orders have a processing time of 3-5 biz days after you have placed your order.
Custom Orders have a processing time of 2-6 weeks after you have placed your order.
I fulfill and ship all orders entirely myself (& blessed my cat Scoots), so please be patient as I fulfill them.
✦ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?✦
Please allow 1-2 weeks for all USA orders.
If you have not received your order within the timeframe listed above, email me your order number to nataliacardonapuerta@gmail.com. Or inquire with your local postal service.
✦ WHY DOES MY STICKER ORDER DOESN'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER?✦
In order for us to keep shipping fees low for small items such as stickers, your package ships via postage/USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL.
Please be advised USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL it's not trackable. If you would like your package to be tracked, upgrade your shipping method to USPS FIRST CLASS PACKAGE.
✦CAN I RETURN/ EXCHANGE MY ORDER?✦
At the moment, ALL SALES in our store are Final. Unfortunately, we don't issue refunds or exchanges. However, if there are any probles with your order email us at nataliacardonapuerta@gmail.com
✦ MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED/MISSING. CAN YOU HELP ME?✦
Unfortunately shipping your orders always comes with a tiny chance of packages getting damaged in transit. However, feel free to contact us via email at nataliacardonapuerta@gmail.com if you have any questions.
If your package is missing, please check your local postal service. If there is still an issue after this, email me your order number and we will help you as much as we can.
Unfortunately, if your package is lost or stolen I cannot offer a replacement/refund since those circumstances are truly out of my control. This specially applies to packages that have been shipped via First Class Mail.
✦ MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE / I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?✦
Always inspect your package upon arrival plz!
If your order is incomplete or you received the wrong item email me at nataliacardonapuerta@gmail.com I'll make sure to ship the correct items to you.
Keep in mind that this shop is run by one person, and a cat. Because of this, there are always small chances that I could make a mistake.
✦ IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE OR REUSABLE?✦
I highly encourage you to! ALL mailers and envelopes are made of recyclable/reusable materials. You can also reuse any items packed in plastic sleeves after receiving them for your own mailing purposes!
✦HOW LONG IS MY CUSTOM PORTRAIT TAKING TO SHIP?✦
Please allow 2- 6 weeks for this item to ship after payment has been processed and the photo reference for your portrait have been received!
